1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in acceptable condition
- Include all original parts and accessories
- Not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

- Broken during transit
- Incorrect or different from what was ordered

Upon review, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- Store credit (where applicable)
No return shipping fee will be required for verified damaged or defective products.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of products that:
- Show excessive wear or misuse
- Have been intentionally damaged
- Are missing major components
- Were purchased as final-sale items (if clearly marked)
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Radiant Mend is not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Radiant Mend is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
