At Radiant Mend, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High shipping demand periods
  • Public holidays

Radiant Mend cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Radiant Mend is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property.
  2. Check with household members.
  3. Check with neighbors.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Radiant Mend is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
